Dr. Kimberly Arnett
Dr. Kimberly Arnett is a 1988 graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry. Her
husband Mark is a Boone County native, and they have raised their three grown
children Alex, Katie and Jacob here. Dr Arnett is a member of St. Timothy Church. She
enjoys Pilates, traveling, cross stitch, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, as well as
family history. Dr. Arnett is a proud member of the Daughters of the American
Revolution and serves as the Boone County Chapter Registrar, helping ladies with their
genealogy to discover their patriot ancestor and volunteering in the community with the
DAR. She is also a member of the Boone County Historical Society. She has
volunteered for many years with Gift of Sight, providing eye exams for needy children.
Dr. Kimberly Arnett is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Kentucky
Optometric Association and serves as a member of the Boone County Health
Department.
Dr. Wendy Day
Dr. Wendy Day grew up in a small town in Western Kentucky. She completed her
undergraduate degree at Murray State University in 2002. She went on to finish her
Doctorate Of Optometry at Indiana University in 2006. Dr. Day has enjoyed learning and
loving the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area as well as building a rapport with her patients.
She likes fitting contact lenses as well as dealing with various ocular diseases. Her hobbies
include reading, watching sports, and spending time with her two dachshunds Emmie and
Bella.
Dr. Alex Arnett
Dr. Alex Arnett is a native of Union, Kentucky. He attended Ryle High School,
Transylvania University, and graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in
2020. He currently lives in Bellevue with his wife Jessica. They enjoy going to local
sporting events, concerts, and spending time with family and friends. He has
volunteered in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic performing eye exams in
Spanish with the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. Dr. Alex enjoys performing
diagnostic exams and managing various ocular diseases including diabetes, glaucoma,
macular degeneration, arthritis, lupus, and MS. Dr. Alex travels to nursing homes
throughout the state of Kentucky performing bedside care to patients in need. He is a
member of the American Optometric Association, and the Kentucky Optometric
Association
